Christine is currently enrolled in a six-month program in Brewing Studies to pursue her passion for craft beer. One of her greatest joys is lure coursing with her dogs, a passion that has taken her to more than 30 U.S. states and several Canadian provinces to compete—always with the bonus of discovering a local microbrewery along the way.
