The Evolution of Canadian Whisky
Feb 24, 2026
8:00 - 9:30 PM (EST)

Join host Mirella Amato and two panelists: drinks writer Stephen Beaumont and senior distillery supervisor Caitlin Quinn as they explore the Canadian whisky category. You’ll learn about the history and regulations for Canadian whisky, and how it compares to its Scottish, Irish, and American counterparts. Our panelists will then discuss how Canadian whisky has changed dramatically over the past 30 years, and what might be next for this ever-evolving category of whisky. This seminar is the pay-it-forward component for a Pink Boots Canada scholarship.
