My husband and I opened Winterlong Brewing Co. in 2015 in beautiful Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. As a business owner, I wear many hats from being the Tasting Room manager in charge of 12 FOH staff, to marketing and communications, to event planning, to beer recipe development, to HR, and occasionally helping on the canning line or a brew day.
